Sometimes we just fall off the bandwagon and begin to feel a little ungrateful about the way things seem to be. Don’t blame yourself everyone has experienced this feeling. Whether it’s lacking motivation, experiencing burnout, or getting stuck in a rut. It’s a part of life that can not be avoided! Stuff happens.
Maybe you’ve hit a wall in life, or maybe you haven’t been taking care of your body and you feel tired all the time. Or perhaps you’ve experienced a heartbreak in life from a relationship that pulled you into a comparison trap, and now you’re entertaining toxic thoughts of why your life isn’t the best.
You will be fine! It’s a normal thing, sis! No one is on 100 all day every day! Now let’s talk about how to reset!
What’s important is that you have the soul food you need to get yourself out of the sunken place every time possible!
Taking care of your mind, body, and soul is a daily practice. Don’t let the cares of this world and the words of the wicked get you in a slump. Turn away from it, resist it, and declare the works of the Lord.
How does one do this? Here are the scriptures that will give your mind, body, and soul the reset that it needs today!
And he who was seated on the throne said, “Behold, I am making all things new.”
I will restore to you the years
that the swarming locust has eaten,
the hopper, the destroyer, and the cutter,
my great army, which I sent among you.
And though your beginning was small,
your latter days will be very great.
Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away; behold, the new has come.
For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope.
And after you have suffered a little while, the God of all grace, who has called you to his eternal glory in Christ, will himself restore, confirm, strengthen, and establish you.
Restore to me the joy of your salvation,
and uphold me with a willing spirit.
The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want.
2 He makes me lie down in green pastures.
He leads me beside still waters.[a
3 He restores my soul.
He leads me in paths of righteousness
for his name’s sake.
4 Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death,
I will fear no evil,
for you are with me;
your rod and your staff,
they comfort me.
5 You prepare a table before me
in the presence of my enemies;
you anoint my head with oil;
my cup overflows.
6 Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me
all the days of my life,
and I shall dwell in the house of the Lord
forever.
But seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to you.
And we know that for those who love God all things work together for good, for those who are called according to his purpose.

Thank you so much for this refreshing article on resetting your Spirit, Mind and body. In light of this Covid19 I will just reflecting on what a reset, fresh start. New beginning looks like. My greatest times of refreshing always occur when I just bump into a timely, on-point word. But the Lord just corrected me, that I didn’t bump into anything…my steps were ordered by him, and that is proof that he is leading me as he has promised that the steps of the righteous are ordered by God. Good morning sister in Christ Jesus! Upon my meditation God spoke of “Trust”, “Faith”, “Walk by faith not by sight”, and “Restoration”. All things to equip in the days to come. I asked God to lead me, to show me of what I to hear and or read? I then Googled “scripture on reset” and here I am! Love how God works! How He comforts us! Then, to have felt His Mighty Presence in such a POWERFUL way once I read Psalm 23! Glory of God came over me! He is here! Right here! He is with us! Glory be to God! He comforts us during trying times! We must hold onto Him, reflecting on His word vs not to look and focus on the turmoil of the chaos in the world. As as thought came to my mind, “What are you willing to allow to dictate your life? Your ambition? Your wants and your desires? Your goals? Or rather to set your gaze upon what the world has that will detour you in order to pull you down? I’m so speaking to myself, here! For I have fallen in the taps of chaos, comfort zone, procrastination, cloudiness! With this message is what I needed is to “RESET” malice!

Hi~ thank you so much for the encouragement. I was looking up scriptures about cleansing the mind as I pray for a friend’s nephew who is suicidal and having a psychotic break. We are agreeing in prayer even as they are also in communication with the proper mental health team. Also believing Jer. 29:11 for him as God does a healing work.
