When I arrived at my first VOW Fitness class I wasn’t quite sure what to expect.
I got there a few minutes before my workout so that I can walk around and check out the energetic space that all yogi’s and dancers love in Tupelo.
Walking in, I was intrigued by the calm and rustic ambiance. There was a friendly woman at the front desk ready to help me and get me started. She was the owner of Vow Fitness, Roxie Clayton.
Roxie wants the studio to be a safe place for expecting moms, athletes, working professionals, those recovering from an injury.
The class is a workout that combines ballet, yoga, dance, cardio and core exercises to lengthen and strengthen the muscles in your body.
The 40-minute workout flies by with seamless sequences and transitions that give you a total body workout.
I used my intense VOW: Cardio workout to test out the new Beyond Yoga x All Women Project activewear.
I am in love with the print of this set. The +AWP Levitate bra features a strappy design, moisture wicking fabric, and 4-way stretch. The fabric is unrealistically soft.
My fupa must be covered when I’m working out. There is nothing more aggravating than low-waist leggings. Thankfully, Beyond Yoga got the memo. The +AWP High Waist Long Leggings features a high waisted silhouette with the print inside of the leggings.
Beyond Yoga partnered with All Women Project to feature sizes up to 3x and 10% of every purchase goes to programs promoting self-love by portraying women in real untouched imagery. These workshops better the lives of women and girls challenging how they are represented in fashion and media.
So, All women are beautiful. Our bodies are beautiful.
There is nothing wrong with being a little adventurous and stepping outside of your comfort zone. I love Vow Fitness and my next goal is to complete 100 classes.

That set you’re wearing is everything. I really want to try a Barre class or something! I got some studio wraps, and I’m ready to go. Thanks for inspiring!
