Would you believe me if I told you that many women are having reconstruction surgery and then making money selling skinny teas, waist trainers, sweat belts, and so much more?
If you are skeptical just take a glimpse at the picture below and read the caption. Rob Kardashian (Kim Kardashian’s baby brother) admitted to funding his girlfriends (Black Chyna) 100K surgery after giving birth to their baby girl. Nothing is really wrong with that except the fact that she pretending that all of the detox teas, sweat belts, and all the other products that she promotes is the reason she snapped back to her pre-baby weight so fast. (Read Rob Kardashian’s IG post below)
It takes a balanced diet and workout regimen to lose weight. No one can get a flat tummy or abs by simply detoxing. That’s not real life. Our bodies naturally detox on their own. That is the primary function of the liver and kidneys. Detox teas are not mandatory and definitely not an effective tool for weight loss. Detox teas can help with bloating, increasing energy levels, and boosting metabolism. So they are not all bad but regular teas (green, black, herbal, etc.) are the best option. We are sold on the word “DETOX” thinking that it sums up to massive amounts of cleaning or weight loss, and this not the case. Detox teas are used to aid constipation being that they contain natural laxative “senna leaf”. This again is not a tool for weight-loss.
Did you know that 1 out of 4 teenagers admit they are more influenced by celebrities than people they know? It’s sad because if women are falling for this it’s obvious to see what direction our children are headed in. Remember some things on social media are not real and they are preying on your insecurities.
Love yourself and remember there is no quick fix.
Just work hard!

Just read the entire blog and I agree that this is also a great read. I hope people don’t get upset but people do need to hear this there is absolutely no quick fix you do have to work hard. People are always looking for microwave results and don’t want to take time and go through the process of actually losing weight!!
